Other lizards

Even if geckos are the most represented reptiles of Socotra there are some other species: Mesalina balfouri, an endemic lacertid of the island, Hakaria simonyi and Mabuya socotrana, two endemic skinks, Chamaeleo monachus, an endemic chamaleo, and Pachycalamus brevis, a Trogonophidae also endemic of Socotra.
