Socotra
Between 2007 and 2009 I’ve been in Socotra two times, joining an Italian field expedition aimed at deepen the informations about the ecology and taxonomy of the herpetofauna of the island, under the Socotra Conservation and Development Project (SCDP). Thus, I’ve been able to collect pictures of most reptile species (there are no amphibians in Socotra). Moreover, I’ve also taken some pictures of other species, ranging from Caralluma (meat stinking flowers) to spiders and scorpions.
